To request a refund, simply click My Account and log in. Then, click the tab that says Orders and select the option Return. The return request form will then appear; fill it out and you will be contacted by email within 1 business day to guide you through the remainder of the return process.You will be sent a pre-paid return shipping label to return your frames with*.
*Pre-paid shipping label is only applicable for orders that qualify for free shipping
To return your package, please follow these 3 steps:
- Print out your shipping label.
- Please make sure the glasses or sunglasses are in perfect condition;the same as when you received them.Return all original materials sent by BonLook.
- Please use the same shipping box and tape the box securely.Do not return your glasses or sunglasses in an envelope.
- We accept parcels postmarked within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please allow us 10 business days to process your request upon receiving your parcel.
- We will contact you again via email to confirm the receipt of your glasses or sunglasses and proceed with the return.
- Please note that original shipping is non-refundable.
- In the event that the merchandise in question was on promotion and marked final sale, we will be unable to provide a refund. Note that these products will clearly state that this is the case in their description
- We do not repair eyeglasses, replace lenses in your old frames, nor accept frames that are not from BonLook.
