When you're happy, we're happy! So, we understand that there are sometimes occasions where you may want to exchange your glasses or sunglasses for another style, or return them altogether. Not to worry, return shipping is free (for U.S. continental only)! And, our exchange and refund policy is as easy as can be:

We are more than happy to guide you towards your perfect fit. There are a couple ways to request advice:
1) Perfect Fit Service: Fill out our quick Perfect Fit Questionnaire and receive up to 4 fabulous suggestions that will match your individual face shape, style, and personality.
2) Partner in Style Service: Once you fill out our Perfect Fit Questionnaire, you may request a Partner in Style. Attach a clear photo of your face (wearing the glasses you wish to exchange) and let us know what kind of eyewear you’re looking for (eyeglasses or sunglasses). Your Partner in Style will reply with customized suggestions.
We also have a Virtual Try-On option where you can check out how each of our styles will appear on you!

How do I request an exchange or refund?
To request an exchange or refund, simply click ‘My Account’ and log in. Then, click the tab that says ‘Orders’ and select the option ‘Return/Exchange’ on the left, right next to the order that you wish to return. The Return Request Form will then appear; fill it out and one of our customer happiness representatives will contact you by email within 1 business day to guide you through the remainder of the exchange or return process. You will be sent a pre-paid return shipping label to return your frames with (US continental only).

*Please note the following conditions:
We accept parcels postmarked within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please allow us 10 business days to process your request upon receiving your parcel. We'll send you an email confirmation when your exchange and/or refund has been issued. Original shipping is non-refundable.
In the event that the merchandise in question was on promotion and marked final sale, we will be unable to provide a refund or exchange. Note that these products will clearly state that this is the case in their description.
We do not repair eyeglasses, replace lenses in your old frames, nor accept frames that are not from BonLook.
Return shipping is free only on orders that were delivered within the U.S (continental U.S.A).
Maximum of 1 exchange per pair of eyeglasses and/or sunglasses (with or without prescription)
If your prescription was not entered correctly, we will happily send you a brand new pair of frames. Since we need to create new lenses with the corrected prescription, we must charge a fee of $40 for very thin lenses or $70 for ultra thin lenses.
