Your satisfaction is our primary objective at all times. This is why BonLook offers a 30-day no hassle exchange or refund *.
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund or exchange, simply click ‘My Account’ and log in. Then, click the tab that says ‘Orders’ and select the option ‘Return/Exchange’ on the left, right next to the order that you wish to return. The Return Request Form will then appear; fill it out and one of our customer service representatives will contact you by email within 1 business day to guide you through the remainder of the return or exchange process.
I want to exchange my frames but I’m not sure which style to pick!
Don’t worry! One of the BonLook stylists will be more than happy to guide you toward the right pairs. There are a couple ways to request stylist advice:
1) Send us an email: Simply drop us a line at support@bonlook.com. Attach a clear photo of your face (wearing the glasses you wish to exchange) and let us know what kind of eyewear you’re looking for (eyeglasses or sunglasses) and one of our stylists will reply with some customized suggestions.
2) Request your custom style consultation: BonLook offers a free personalized style consultation service. Fill out our quick Virtual Stylist Questionnaire and within 2 business days one of our stylists will film a short video suggesting some frames for you.
We also have a Virtual Try-On option where you can check out how each of our styles will appear on you!

Defective products
In the unlikely event that you detect a manufacturing defect within the first 30 days, please contact us at support@bonlook.com and we will exchange your frames with the same ones at no cost.
*Please note the following conditions:
• In the event that the merchandise in question was on promotion and marked final sale, this means we will be unable to provide a refund or exchange. Note that these products will clearly state that this is the case in their description.
• We do not repair eyeglasses, replace lenses in your old frames, nor accept frames that are not from BonLook.
