I’m sorry to say that there’s no better entertainment than Kim Kardashian and her sisters to clear your mind of any worries! On Sundays, when a new episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians comes out, we all run to the living room!
Curb Your Enthusiasm. Awkwardness has a name and it’s Larry David, head writer of Seinfeld. We cringe all the way through the impossible situations his character puts himself through. Currently, we’re also watching Marcella on Netflix. It’s a detective series led by an exceptional actress, Anna Friel.
The Wall. A woman in her early 40s becomes the last survivor on Earth. Imprisoned behind a glass wall, she learns to live a solitary life in a large wooded field where lie a cottage and a few cabins. Her only companions are a dog, some cats… and a cow! Far from being idle, she tames her environment and braves the storms – which makes this book not only a good novel but also a survival guide! It’s not the most upbeat story but it’s absolutely striking. I’ve never read anything like it.
Kelsey Lu and her cover of the son I’m not in love. Other than that: my daughters’ playlists! They are the official DJs for our car rides and protest strongly whenever I try to make them listen to my music. Their two favourite artists: Frank Ocean and Tyler, the Creator.
We like to sing! My daughters are much better singers than I am, and they know the lyrics to hundreds of songs. I try to keep up as best as I can.
Glasses and pyjamas!
In all seriousness, my Crocs! Mine are gorgeous: white and decorated with the word “Love” in large letters. They are the result of a collaboration between the brand and Drew Barrymore, and I’ve been wearing them for the better part of three years!
My work with the Pink Tour, a fundraising sports challenge for the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation, keeps me very active. And I need my playlist to get moving! To help me give a hundred percent, it starts with Lenny Kravitz’s Are You Gonna Go My Way and continues with Young MC’s Bust A Move. To keep myself in the right mindset, those two are followed by En Vogue’s Never Gonna Get It and Ciara’s Level Up and 1, 2 Step. I cool down listening to Lovely Day by Bill Withers.
