REOPENING OF A FEW STORES

In continuing support of our local governments' efforts to reduce the impact of COVID-19 on our communities, select BonLook stores will be closed until further notice. Alberta

Our Kingsway Mall, Market Mall , Chinook Centre and West Edmonton Mall stores have reopened on May 14-15 by appointment only. If you want to buy new glasses, please book your appointment here. If you would like to have your glasses repaired or adjusted, reserve your spot here.

BC

Our Guildford Town Centre, Pacific Centre and Richmond Centre stores have reopened on May 15 by appointment only. If you want to buy new glasses, please book your appointment here. If you would like to have your glasses repaired or adjusted, reserve your spot here

Manitoba

Quebec

Our Galeries de la Capitale, Place Ste-Foy, Centre les Rivières, Place du Royaume, Carrefour de l’Estrie and Promenades Gatineau locations will reopen on June 1st by appointment only. What's it like in-store?

Your shopping experience might differ a little from what you’re used to. But rest assured, our mission remains the same: to provide you with a remarkable (VIP!) eyewear experience. Here are some important details:
1- Don’t hesitate to create a Wish List in advance. It will facilitate your experience.
2- Unfortunately, you will not be allowed to come accompanied into the store.
3- You will be asked to wait at the entrance of the store until we come and see you.
4- You'll have to put on a mask and use the provided hand sanitizer. We encourage you to come with your own mask, but we'll have them on hand in case you don’t have one. FYI, all staff will also wear a mask and/or a visor.
5- You'll have to maintain a 2-metre distance between yourself and other customers.
6- Upon entering the store, you will be seated and an optician or stylist will then assist you for 30 minutes. Appointments are a little longer than usual because we disinfect each pair of glasses before you try it on. We also clean all surfaces at least every two hours.
